Questions about pricing

Is my ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. Your ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and Google, using your own card in your own ad accounts. Our fee covers strategy, management, creatives, tracking and reporting. This way you can always see exactly how much went to the platforms and how much came to us.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?

A percentage fee can reward spending more, even when spending more is not the right call. A flat fee for a defined spend range means you always know your cost, and we have no reason to push your budget up unless the numbers support it.

What happens if my ad spend moves into another range?

If your spend grows beyond your plan's range for a sustained period, we will talk to you before anything changes. Any move to a different plan is agreed in writing and starts from the next billing month, never retroactively.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move from Starter to Growth at the start of any billing month. Moving down is possible after your first 3 month term, with 30 days notice.

What happens after the first 3 months?

Your plan continues month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Your ad accounts, pixels, data and paid creatives stay with you.

Are there any other costs?

Some tracking setups need a small server hosting fee, paid directly by you to the hosting provider. If your setup needs one, we tell you the expected cost in your audit, before anything is built. There are no hidden charges from us.
