Meta Ads management for Facebook and Instagram
Meta is where most Gulf customers discover new brands, clinics and restaurants. We build campaigns that turn that attention into leads, WhatsApp conversations and sales, and we judge them on cost per lead and sales, not on reach.
Who it's for
Ecommerce brands, clinics, salons, restaurants, real estate brokers and service businesses selling to customers in the UAE and GCC, spending from AED 5,000 a month on Meta.
What you get
- A clean account structure, so budget goes to what works and results are easy to read
- Audience testing across broad, interest, lookalike and customer list audiences
- Creative testing every month, with clear winners and clear losers
- Retargeting for people who visited, messaged or added to cart but did not buy
- Lead form campaigns with qualifying questions, so your team calls fewer time wasters
- Click to WhatsApp campaigns, with each enquiry traced back to the ad that brought it
Google Ads management for people already searching
When someone searches for a dentist in Dubai Marina or a gift box delivered tomorrow, they are ready to act. We make sure you show up for those searches, and not for the ones that waste money.
Who it's for
Businesses whose customers search before they buy: clinics, home services, training and education providers, real estate and online stores. Google Ads is included in the Growth plan.
What you get
- Search campaigns built around high intent keywords for your services and service areas
- Performance Max campaigns for ecommerce, connected to your product feed
- Call tracking, so phone enquiries are counted as results
- Weekly negative keyword management to block irrelevant and costly searches
- Ad copy and assets written and tested for your offer
- Conversion tracking in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4, checked before launch
Tracking setup: Conversions API and server side tracking
Tracking is the first thing we fix in every account. Without it, you cannot know what your ads return, and Meta and Google cannot learn who your real buyers are.
Why browser tracking misses sales
Most websites count sales with a small piece of code that runs in the visitor's browser, called a pixel. Think of it as a person at your shop door counting buyers. Today, that person misses a lot:
- iPhone privacy settings limit what the pixel can report.
- Ad blockers and privacy browsers stop it from loading at all.
- Visitors who leave quickly can be gone before it records anything.
- WhatsApp and phone orders never touch your website, so the pixel never sees them.
Server side tracking is like the till reporting every sale itself. Your website's server, or your CRM, sends each lead and sale straight to Meta and Google. We run both together, and the platforms remove duplicates, so each sale is counted once.
What you get
- Meta Conversions API, connected and deduplicated with your pixel
- Server side tagging with Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4 set up with the events that matter to your business
- Google Ads conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions where suitable
- Offline lead tracking: qualified leads and closed sales sent back from your CRM
- WhatsApp conversion tracking, so chats that become customers are counted
Who it's for
Included in month 1 of every plan. Also right for any business where Meta shows fewer sales than your store or CRM. Some setups need a small server hosting fee paid directly by you, which we confirm in your audit before anything is built.
Ad creatives, refreshed every month
Gulf audiences are small, so the same ad wears out fast. Fresh creative is the engine of every account we run, which is why the number of new ads is written into your contract.
Who it's for
Businesses that want a steady flow of fresh ads without hiring a designer and a copywriter. We work from your product photos, footage and brand assets, and tell you exactly what we need each month.
What you get
- 8 new ad variants a month on Starter, 12 on Growth
- A mix of static images and short videos, sized for feed, stories and reels
- Ad copy in English, with Arabic on request
- A monthly testing plan: which angle, offer or hook we are testing, and why
- A clear read on what won, and what we will build next
- Final creatives handed over to you once they are paid for
Compare your options
Najmetric, a freelancer or a large agency?
Each option suits different businesses. Here is a fair, general comparison to help you choose.
| Najmetric | Typical freelancer | Typical large agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Published flat fee: AED 3,500 or 6,000 a month | Often the lowest monthly fee | Higher retainers, or a percentage of ad spend |
| Who runs your account | A named senior strategist, backed by a production and analytics team | One person, often handling many clients alone | A team, with day to day work often handled by junior staff |
| Creative volume | 8 or 12 new ad variants a month, written into the contract | Varies; often depends on you supplying the creatives | Strong production, often quoted and charged separately |
| Tracking | Conversions API and server side tracking set up in month 1 | Often the basic pixel only, depending on skills | Usually capable, sometimes sold as a separate project |
| Reporting | Weekly plain English report: spend, leads, cost per lead, sales, ROAS | Varies; often screenshots or on request | Detailed dashboards, often monthly |
| Contract | 3 month first term, then month to month with 30 days notice | Usually flexible | Often 6 to 12 month commitments |
This is a general comparison, not a review of any specific freelancer or agency. Many are excellent; ask any provider, including us, to put these points in writing.
